Developed the official application portal using WordPress for the Northwest Arctic Borough in Alaska to process COVID-19 relief fund applications. This system automated data processing and validation, handled nearly 10,000 applications, significantly reduced manual errors, and saved hundreds of administrative hours. These efficiencies facilitated the timely allocation of over $1 million in aid, enhancing the borough’s ability to distribute funding efficiently to remote communities.
Scaled Volunteer Cleanup’s digital platform and enhanced its capabilities by migrating to WordPress and applying extensive customizations. Extensively modified the WPEvent Manager plugin to create distinct portals catering to different user types and added new functionalities to meet specific organizational needs. Implemented FluentCRM to improve data handling and integrated SendGrid API for efficient email notifications. This comprehensive upgrade increased the active user base to over 10,000, facilitated hosting more than 200 events per year, and supported the distribution of over 5,000 weekly alerts.
Upgraded Pillars of Peace’s digital platform by transitioning their website to a more sophisticated WordPress setup, facilitating easier access to the organization’s services and streamlining the donation process. Additionally, implemented Salesforce for data management, enhancing automation, reducing reliance on manual data entry, and integrating data from various sources for more efficient operations.
